chris and andy
We met at Rhode Island School of Design almost 30 years ago and have been together ever since. We have two kiddos who love to build projects in our wood-metal-jewelry studio and use our Adobe Creative Suite.
For 9 years we worked together for clients, shared a studio, a car and a home. We have gotten very good at working together and with our clients.
We know what you are going through when balancing work, a relationship, and perhaps kids, all while also trying to take care of yourself.
We are your in-house Design Team without the in-house (just don’t call us your out-house design team).
“A background in both 2D and 3D design gives Chris and Andy the ability to easily accommodate a variety of artist, crafters, and designers’ needs.”

Andy graduated from RISD in 1996 with a Jewelry and Metalsmithing degree. She ran her own business as a custom jewelry designer and freelancer for over 20 years. She has taught classes and workshops at RISD, Mass Art, Metalwerx and online. In the 11 years she taught at RISD, Andy expanded the jewelry rendering course to include digital rendering in addition to traditional gouache rendering.
Andy is incredibly organized and her students will tell you she loves to share her knowledge and experience. She’s an unusual designer who loves computers and is always studying business, branding and marketing in her spare time.
For almost a decade, Andy designed home goods, kitchen tools and packaging with Chris as art director. She was in charge of graphics production for packaging and catalogs.
