Barbara Heinrich is an internationally-recognized jewelry designer with a bustling studio in upstate New York that produces exquisite award winning jewelry.
She needed help in building a brand presence that met the high level of her design and craft, and engaged Chris & Andy to build an identity program that works across multiple platforms.

Supporting her galleries is a top priority for the studio. We created two portals to access her collection of over 3000 designs — customers can log in and add items to their wish list, which they can share with a loved one or bring to a gallery to make a purchase.
Gallery managers log in to see wholesale prices, request a quote, and put together an order using their wish list. We developed a custom Shopify app to take buyers from the cart to a draft order, which allows Barbara’s team to make adjustments before finalizing the order.
These include a fully responsive website with retail and wholesale portals, postcards, invoices, letterhead and a new trade show booth design.
A fresh logo, tagline, and color palette gave her a foundation to create renewed touchpoints for retail and wholesale customers.
The new identity comes to life in her booth design, with custom jewelry case wraps and panels showcasing Barbara’s one-of-a-kind pieces.
The newsletter was incorporated into the new graphics program. Andy has been working with Barbara Heinrich and her team to develop their editorial calendar and nurture connections with customers and galleries.
